Owners Jack Bennett & Ken Gillespie
Ken – Originally from the Golden state, Ken has worked for himself all but a few short years of his life. His passion for creating things that people need and enjoy has led him down several paths the last 30 years. Building and remodeling homes has been his primary focus while cooking and creating in the kitchen has been a second love since the dawn of the Food Network in the eighties (his former addiction).
Ken now shares his time between the two worlds with his wife and children in sunny Florida full time.
Jack – Jack has a long history in Pinellas County. Although born in Michigan, Jack Bennett has spent most of his life in the Tampa Bay area. Before founding Slyce Pizza Bar, Jack started and still runs several construction and development companies that operate in the surrounding counties. Jack is the force behind the Slyce customer experience concept and community outreach strategies. His hobbies are planning the next big thing for Slyce and spending time with his beautiful wife and two lovely daughters.
