Slyce Celebrates 5 Years
Today marks a very special day for us at Slyce Pizza Bar as we celebrate 5 years since opening our doors here in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, FL. We’re grateful for all the support we’ve received from our guests both near and far, and we’re so thankful to be part of such a great community. As hard as we’ve all worked these past five years, none of this would be possible without each and every member of Slyce Nation.
In addition to our passion for great food and drink, we’re equally committed to being good stewards in our community. By coming together and joining forces with so many wonderful people, we’re proud to have supported several great local organizations and causes. These causes and groups include (but are not limited to) our flagship Sitton Supreme initiative, the Beach Community Food Panty, Blessings in a Backpack, charity golf tournaments, Boy Scouts of America, Wing House raising money for Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Angry Pepper in support of The Philip Bryant Melanoma Foundation, GTE Scholarship Foundation, and Redington Beach Wine Festival raising money to support scholarships for local kids.
We at Slyce are big proponents of local music, and are proud to have created such a welcoming and unique atmosphere with the help of some of the best musicians in the Tampa Bay area. We’d like to express an extra special thank you to Matt Winter and Andrew Carmouche who have been with us since the very beginning, and have played a major role in establishing Slyce as one of the premier venues for great local live music.
To our friends, families, talented staff, and fellow business community members, and to everyone who has ever stopped in and visited us at Slyce Pizza Bar, we offer a heartfelt thank you. You’ve kept us going with your support, kindness, and even critical feedback when necessary, allowing us to constantly learn and grow. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished these past five years, but we still feel like we’re just getting started. With our second location opening soon in Madeira Beach, we’re incredibly excited for all that’s in store for the future of Slyce Pizza Bar. We hope you’ll come along for the ride as we continue to build for the future.
